Banana – Oats Smoothie for Weight Loss

Ingredients
- 2 large bananas
- 2 tbsp of nonfat Yogurt
- 1 cup of nonfat milk
- 3 tbsp of oats
- Pinch of vanilla essence
Preparation
Cook oats in a microwave for a minute. Add all the ingredients including oats into a blender and blend it into a smooth paste. Add more water or milk for your preference.
