Crispy Onion Pakoda
Pakoda is an indian food and it’s most popular as a snack. This can be served with tea or coffee in the evening time.
Even though it doesn’t have much health benefits, this is made out of the chickpea flour.
This is very easy to prepare within 10-15 mins. If you have guests or some hungry children who wants some quick snacks, this is your perfect option.
Step 1
Chop some onions into big pieces and add salt, chilli flakes and chickpea flour. Add a small amount of water and get a thick paste out of it.
Step 2
Heat some oil in a pan and deep fry the prepared batter. Carefully add one tablespoon at a time and fry until golden brown color
Serve with some sauce or mayonnaise
